Over 12 years experience in medical sales and marketing in immunochemistry, immunodiagnostics & biotechnology. For over 15 years, Ms. Giese has recruited for over 100 of the Fortune 500 companies and numerous start-up corporations and venture capital situations. She began her recruiting career with Health Care Recruiters and continued as a branch manager for Medical Executive Recruiters, joining Ms. Geier in 1994. Her BA and MS in Biology and Biochemistry and almost ten years of biomedical research have only added to her understanding of the scientific industries she serves.

Mitch Giese is the President of HI- TEK Dynamics, and specializes in the Analytical and Scientific Research areas; placing qualified individuals into sales, applications, marketing and upper management positions.

After 5 years as an Educator, Mitch entered the Industrial world, accruing 20+ years of sales and sales management experience in the Industrial, BioIndustrial and BioMedical marketplaces. With over 8 years extensive recruiting experience in the afforementioned areas, Mitch has an in-depth understanding of both the candidate and client needs.


Leslie Geier joined the Hi-Tek Dynamics company in 2000. She brings with her 20 years of sales experience over a wide range of markets. Strong talents in negotiating, customer satisfaction and ethical business practices makes her a major contributor to HTD. Her main focus is in the Critical Care Equipment, Laboratory Instrument, and Surgical/Cardiovascular markets.


Over twenty years as an executive recruiter starting in the Sales Consultants organization in 1980. In 1983, the first group was initiated, V. M. Geier Consultants. Over the years the organizations was expanded and upgraded. In 1994, the organizations was expanded to be Geier & Giese Consultants. These organizations concentrated on working with Fortune 500 companies as well as venture capital and start-up companies in the healthcare and clinical laboratory markets. In 1999 the organization was expanded for a third time into the Hi-Tek Dynamics company as it exists today. Mainly concentrating in the medical device, clinical laboratory, biopharma, bioinformatics and biotechnology markets exclusively. Prior to 1980 Ms. Geier-Mulhern was a Project Manager with Technicon and held positions of Manager of Sales Administration, International Marketing, and Domestic Marketing Research all with Abbott Laboratories in Chicago, Pasadena, CA and Irving, TX.
